  • Where are your offices and facilities located?

    Our headquarters is just outside of Chicago, IL. We have manufacturing and warehousing operations in Chicago, Seattle, Atlanta, and internationally in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

  • Do you offer prefabricated displays for purchase?

    We do not offer prefabricated stock products or ready-to-order items. We focus exclusively on designing and developing custom solutions for our customers.   • Do you have minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

    We do not operate with a standard minimum order quantity or price break. Each project will be considered individually according to material availability, production processes, and client budget.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    Axis Display Group warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product's lifetime. We will repair or replace any assembly that fails due to defective components or faulty workmanship free of charge for the lifetime of the product.

    *This is a limited warranty and is not applicable for products that have been damaged, altered, abused, misused, or improperly installed.
