    FedEx Office wanted to reimagine how its dye-sublimation printing service was promoted in-store. This high-impact printing process offers customers—from small business owners to event planners—a bold new way to share their messages.

    The goal was to:

    • Increase awareness of the service

    • Inspire customers with creative possibilities

    • Enable employee–customer collaboration during the design process

    AXIS worked with FedEx Office to develop a multi-faceted, adaptable signage program strategically placed within key Zones of Shopper Engagement.

    • All elements mount to or integrate with existing fixtures to minimize disruption

    • Modular structure allows quick graphic swaps for campaigns and promotions

    • Neutral yet branded aesthetic ensures compatibility with varied store interiors

    • Purpose: Capture attention from passing traffic and draw customers into the store

    2. Window

    • Element: Backlit SEG sign

    • Purpose: Showcase bold, high-resolution dye-sub graphics visible from outside

    3. Runway (Main Aisle)

    • Elements: H-frame stands, freestanding signage

    • Purpose: Create visual interest along primary customer pathways

    4. Customer Service Zone

    • Element: Integrated countertop displays

    • Purpose: Facilitate employee–customer design conversations

    5. Execution & Fulfillment Zone

    • Element: Production-area signage

    • Purpose: Reinforce quality and customization possibilities during order processing
